All bookings are to be guaranteed by major credit cards or bank transfer, with full prepayment, or by a travel/tour agency with credit facilities approved by Khonephapheng Resort prior to making booking.
Cancellation received within 30 days prior to arrival – total booking cost will be refunded.
Cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival – 50% of total booking cost is refunded.
Cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival or no show – no refund.
