Cancellation Policy:
All bookings are to be guaranteed by major credit cards, with full prepayment, or by a travel/tour agency with credit facilities approved by Khonephapheng Resort prior to making booking.
Cancellation received within 30 days prior to arrival – total booking cost will be refunded.
Cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival – 50% of total booking cost is refunded.
Cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival or no show – no refund.
Cancellation charge applies to both individual and group accommodation bookings.
Camp ground: For the adventure seekers, Khonephapheng Resort features a beautiful camp ground by the River. Resort offers locker rooms with hot/cold showers, washroom facilities and change room.
$5.00 per person, complimentary breakfast included. Fee also includes use of swimming pool and hiking trails.
